It’s so nice to be able to have on site repair Todd, just wanted to say “Thanks” yet again. After fighting with my computer all weekend, it was truly appreciated how you came to my office first thing Monday morning to give it a tune up and dispose of those pesky viruses I seemed to have picked up. I truly was ready to go buy another laptop today but after your visit, it’s like having a new one already! Forget GEEK SQUAD or the others
A Plus Computer Support Reviewed by Mark Yee on Jan 2. Forget GEEK SQUAD or the others, this company has integrity Bought my computer at DELL. Bought the EXTRAS to protect my system, as they explained. I got the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH and DELL sold me another program that would fix the problem and it began to happen even more frequently. Geek Squad wanted $200 just to look at it and could not guarantee to fix the problem. They immediately started to try and sell me new hard drives and stuff. I took my computer to TODD after reading his reviews. True to his word and price quote, he kept me informed of what he was doing, did not try to sell me a bunch of protection software, and most importantly, got it fixed. Forget GEEK SQUAD or the others, this company has integrity and cares about taking care of its customers. THANKS TODD.

Great Service – Great Response Time
Great Service – Great Response Time and fixed the problem in under an hour. I made a call and A Plus Computer Support troubleshot with us over the phone, and then sent over a technician. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. They were very professional as well.
