    What computers are you able to fix?

    We are able to restore and repair all makes and models of laptops, desktops, and all in ones … from Apple to Dell.

    Are your techs certified?

    All of the techs that work for A Plus Computer Support are certified on some level at least starting with the CompTia A+ ceritification.

    Have you ever not been able to fix a computer?

    We are able to fix or refurbish any computer you can bring us whether Apple or Windows machine.

    How long will it take to get my computer back ?

    We have an average 24 – 48 hour turn around on regular repairs

    Do I have to pay if you don’t fix my computer ?

    If we are unable to repair your computer due to our inability to perform, you do no have to pay us. If you choose not to repair the computer because the cost of replacement parts have made the computer not worth repairing, you are liable for any previous amount agreed upon for our efforts. This applies to onsite service clients and diagnostic fees.

    Can you diagnose my problem over the phone?

    It is very difficult to give an accurate diagnostics over the phone when we have not even seen the computer. It is always best to bring in the computer to our service center or have a tech meet you onsite to diagnose the computer. That way we can give you an accurate cost analysis on the repair.

    Do you sell parts so I can fix my own computer?

    We do not stock parts, however if you are looking for chargers, batteries, or parts of that nature and cannot locate them online from a reputable source we will be happy to provide support in that area. Just give us a call.

    Do you have a warranty and how does it work if you do?

    We have a 14 day warranty on our virus removals, and a 30 day warranty on the rest of our labor. If anything happens withing those time periods related to the work we performed we will fix the issue for free. All warranty work must be brought into the service center in West Palm Beach.

    Do I have to pay when I drop off my computer?

    For regular repair involving labor you will pay when you pick up your repaired computer. Diagnostics fees are always paid up front and are non refundable.
